Registration to become a member is free of charge, you register by placing an advertisement (to which you may add a photo), as soon as you have placed your advertisement, you are a member of Dating-for-all. Your advertisement will be published after it has been checked by our team of moderators.

The information contained in your advertisement is personal information: you agree to supply full and accurate information about yourself and to regularly update it. Should you supply information that is false, inaccurate, out of date, incomplete or against the rules of the service, Dating-for-all reserves the right suspend or cancel your account and to refuse you access to all or part of the site immediately and for the future. You alone, and not Dating-for-all, are responsible for the content that you display, or send by electronic mail or any other method. You understand and agree that Dating-for-all cannot be held responsible for the accuracy or otherwise of the personal information supplied by other members, visitors to the site or by you.

When you register, you choose a screen name and a password which guarantee your peace of mind. Your personal information (name, email address, telephone number) must never appear in your advertisement. Only you may send them, if you wish, in your private messages.

By adding your personal photograph to your advertisement, you agree that it will be published on the site. You also authorise it to be published in mail shots to members.

By becoming a member, you also agree to receive a newsletter and promotional information from Dating-for-all.

In order to ensure that the safety and private life of our users, and particularly the safety and private life of children, are respected, the Dating-for-all services are not available to minors. Parents are asked to supervise their children’s use of Dating-for-all and they should remember that this site is designed to reach a very wide audience and that in their role as legal guardian it is their responsibility to determine whether or not the site is appropriate for their child(ren) and to supervise their use of it. Special promotions may be offered to you either directly on the site under the section “my subscription” or in promotional messages sent directly to your e-mail address. It is up to you to accept or refuse these offers when you receive them.
In no case will you be able to take advantage of a special offer after its expiry date, or if you have already taken out a subscription without first consulting the current special offer.
Special offers sent directly to your email address will state an expiry date or another means of identifying when the special offer runs out. Offers published directly on the site in the “my subscription” section will expire when they are no longer published on the site.

To guarantee your integrity, Dating-for-all gives you the option of certifying your advertisement with a special ‘seal of approval’ when it is published. In order to take up this option, you simply need to send Dating-for-all a copy of an identity document (passport, driving licence…), a proof of address, and a signed statement that the information contained in your advertisement is true. By attaching our ‘seal of approval’ certification to your advertisement, Dating-for-all is simply guaranteeing that the information in your advertisement agrees with the information on the document copies that you, the advertiser, have sent us. As Dating-for-all is unable to check the integrity and sincerity of the information published beyond what we can ascertain from the copies of documents sent to us, users recognise that certification is thus not a total guarantee that the information is honest and sincere. Should the information turn out to be false and deceitful, Dating-for-all accepts no responsibility whatsoever.

Dating-for-all allows you to publish your photo in your advertisement. To do this, you simply need to attach the electronic file of your photo to your advertisement. For members who do not have the equipment to deal with digital photos, we can publish your photo for you. This can be done by simply sending Dating-for-all a paper copy of your photo, which we will scan and add to your advertisement. The quality of the photo published on the site will depend on the quality of the original you send. Photos sent must indicate the member’s screen name and/or email address on the back.
If you would like your photo to be returned to you, please send us a stamped-addressed envelope for this purpose.
Since Dating-for-all does not have any means of checking the photos sent (either by electronic file or on paper), it accepts no responsibility for the quality of the photos published.

To guarantee the sincerity of the service we offer, all advertisements are moderated before being published on the site. Moderation of your advertisement simply means that it is checked to see that it does not contravene the operating rules of the service or these Terms of use. Dating-for-all reserves the right to change or not publish an advertisement that is contrary to the Terms of use.
On the other hand, private messages sent between premium members are not moderated. You alone are responsible for the content of these private messages, and Dating-for-all accepts no responsibility for the content of these private messages. Nevertheless, for your even greater peace of mind, you may report any contravention of the rules of this service by another member to us. In such a case, after checking that the rules of the service have been broken, Dating-for-all reserves the right to cancel or suspend the rights of access of the member concerned.

You have the option of publishing your personal experience on the Dating-for-all site. To do this, you simply need to email us your text. Obviously, Personal Experiences must have a link with the subject matter of this site.

Before publication, the texts will be checked by our moderators. The moderating team reserve the right to change any texts, which do not comply with these Terms of use.

To appear on this page, you simply need to send us your proposal by email. Sending your proposal does not commit Dating-for-all to accepting this proposal. The Dating-for-all team alone will take decisions on possible affiliates. A on line chat is available on the web site to try to increase the contact between the members. This on line chat is not 100% owned by Dating-for-all (software, design, storage, …) and for that reason Dating-for-all is not responsible for any trouble when using it.

A sponsoring tool is available on Dating-for-all web site. This could be used to recommend the site to any friend or relative.
Members using this sponsoring tool are the only one responsible for the message attached to the recommendation. Dating-for-all is not responsible for any content of these messages.

A Moneyback tool is available for member using the sponsoring system.
Each individual member gets a Moneyback account that could be credited with points. The points are a conversion of one part of their godchildren subscription.

This level of Moneyback is defined by Dating-for-all and can be modified at any time without prior notice.

There is 2 ways to use the points available on the Moneyback account. Member can choose to convert these points to a subscription to the Dating-for-all services or to claim cash Moneyback. In any case, member has to be certified member to claim for any kind of Moneyback (subscription or cash).

Only members living and having a bank account in France can ask for a French cheque or a bank transfer for their cash Moneyback. All members can ask for a postal order or a transfer to a paypal account for their cash Moneyback. All the fees links to the Moneyback claim will be deducted from the amount paid.

Claim for cash Moneyback using French cheque or bank transfer can only be done in Euro. Claim for cash Moneyback using postal order or transfer to a paypal account can be done in euro or in any other currencies available on Dating-for-all.
When claiming in a currency different to Euro, a rate is applied between the number of points and the amount in the currency. This rate cannot be discussed and is not link to any official bank rate.

You can only do a claim for cash Moneyback if you have a minimum number of points available on your account. This minimum is defined on the site and can be modified at any time without prior notice. In addition to that, to make the claim easier, you can only claim a multiple of 10 points.

When you use the Dating-for-all services such as placing or changing your advertisement, creating or changing your personal profile, taking out one of our subscription packages or having your advertisement certified, personal data is received by Dating-for-all. This information is sent directly by the members themselves.

Certain personal information is compulsory in order to use Dating-for-all’ services. This compulsory information is a safety check, which allows us to guarantee your peace of mind on the site.

Other non-personal information may be collected to help us improve our services (navigator version used, operating system used, IP address, internet service provider, …)

The information collected is used to offer you different services. All the information is stored in a secured way, and is never divulged to third parties outside Dating-for-all. In general, it will never be disclosed outside Dating-for-all without your consent.

In these conditions, Dating-for-all also cannot guarantee that its services will be available at all times, without interruption or errors. In particular, some services may be temporarily suspended to allow maintenance, updating and improvements to the site.

Since such a situation would mean failure to meet the obligations of the Terms of use, Dating-for-all could ban access to the site without any warning should the offence be repeated.

Dating-for-all cannot be held responsible for actual meetings between members following the use of our services. It is each member’s responsibility to take all the necessary precautions in such circumstances.

In any event, the responsibility of Dating-for-all is limited to the amount a member has paid for the service in question.

Dating-for-all is not responsible for indirect damages suffered by the member, most especially the loss of data or information sent by the member. Each member alone is responsible for making the necessary backup copies.

These Terms of use are subject to French law. The courts of Paris are the only competent authority for handling any litigation relating to these Terms of use.

In case of litigation, the language used will be French.
