harming any person, particularly a minor, in any way;
·sending any content which could contribute to inciting illegal activity (unless what follows it is being limiting); provoking discrimination, hatred or violence on grounds of race, ethnic origin or nationality;
·putting minors in danger, particularly by sending violent or pornographic messages or messages liable to gravely harm human dignity;
·infringing the name, identity, photo or corporate name of others;
·displaying, or sending by email or any other method, any content violating copyrights, registered trademarks, manufacturing secrets, intellectual property rights or any other property rights belonging to others;
·Displaying, or sending by email or any other method, any advertising or unsolicited and unauthorised promotional material;
·harassing in any way one or more other users;
·contravening, whether intentionally or not, any national or international laws or regulations in force along with any other rules having force of law.
